Development of a platform for convenient employee management and candidate search
The goal of the project is the development of software aimed at providing HR managers with convenient tools for recording employees and candidates, as well as analyzing this data to automate HR processes.
It is necessary to create modules for keeping records of employees and candidates, to implement search and filtering mechanisms according to the specified criteria, as well as to develop a candidate distribution system. In addition, it is necessary to implement the analysis of candidates and employees according to key metrics and analyze the performance of employees and teams.
A convenient and intuitive interface has been created for HR managers, which will allow them to effectively interact with the software and carry out the necessary personnel management operations.
The client part of the platform is developed using framework Vue.js, and the API is implemented using Laravel.
